To succesfully get tag information follow the directions below and use the diagram.

Load MP3 file(s)
Open the "Options" Menu
Scroll down and select "TAGs..."
A new screen should pop up with the Labeled "Mp3 File Editor - Tag Setup".
      Select all the options you want and then press OKay or Apply. You will now have gotten
      all the TAG's information.
